Bathroom only one toilet, 1 shower I think. Dilapidated but clean. Reasoble laundry fees. If they want to, they have the right to make their own rules, per other long-ago posts.Quiet. That makes it nice for sharing the grass and picnic tables and you don’t have to walk out of your camper and see the next person see hose and hook-ups. We met some nice folks due to this arrangement. Prices are very reasonable.” – Angie, Google Review
