Forty-five minutes North is Lake Pleasant, a popular lake and recreation area for hiking, boating and other water activities. Wild donkeys can also be spotted at the lake!
Covered Wagon RV Park
This is one of the smaller RV parks in the El Mirage area. It has been in operation since the 1980s. There’s a pool, and the guests are a mix of full-time renters and snowbirds.

Desertaire Adult RV Park is perhaps the smallest RV park in the El Mirage, AZ area. It’s populated mostly by full-time residents and is located right off of Highway 60.

Sunflower RV Resort is near Lake Pleasant and offers fishing and boating opportunities, and hikers and bikers will find plenty of trails to enjoy the outdoors. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the park’s proximity to the NHL and NFL stadiums. While the area has a great deal to offer, there is no need to leave Sunflower RV Resort to find plenty of entertainment.

Located just outside of Phoenix, Arizo, the Covered Wagon RV Park has a lot of excellent features that will appeal to families. In addition to boasting a swimming pool area, the park is close to several shopping centers, including the Metrocenter Mall and Christown Spectrum Mall. If you prefer something more artistic or educatiol, you will also be close to attractions like the Phoenix Art Museum and Celebrity Theater.

Phoenix Metro RV Park is located on the east side of El Mirage. This location makes it easy to get into downtown Phoenix. The property is somewhat larger than other RV parks in the area.

This RV park caters exclusively to drivers of motor coaches, which is another term for Class A, Class B, and Class C RVs. This park has a unique layout that consists of widely spaced pads oriented around a central sandy lot. The MotorCoach Resort is situated on eight landscaped acres.
Green Acres RV Park
This RV park is small and it’s located right next door to a Metro Light Rail station. You can board a Metro train to go on day trips all throughout the Phoenix area. This is a Good Sam RV park, which means you’ll get a discount if you’re a Good Sam member.

Five Star RV Park is located in the heart of downtown Gilbert. It features a small pond. The roads in this RV park are graveled.
