- Waste Tanks Must Be Emptied — Black and gray tanks must be completely emptied at an approved dump station before the camper is returned.
- Return Camper in Good Condition — Please return the camper in reasonably clean condition. The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning; excessive cleaning may result in an additional charge.
- Propane Policy — If the prepaid propane option is not purchased, propane tanks must be returned at the same level as provided.
