- No Smoking: No smoking inside Pongo. Smoke outside only. A deep-cleaning fee may be taken from your deposit for smoke odors/damage.
- Pets & Kids: Pets and kids are welcome! Pet deposits cover pet damage (screens, walls, pillows/furniture). Damage Protection is recommended: $69/trip, up to $1,500 reimbursement.
- Festivals/Boondocking: Allowed, including Burning Man, but you MUST tell us first. A $500 extra deposit applies. If undisclosed, $200 is deducted plus any damage costs.
- Damage Protection: Standard insurance covers damage outside the RV. Damage Protection covers eligible interior mishaps and is especially recommended with pets/kids. Cost: $69, up to $1,500.
- Roof: NEVER walk or sit on Pongo's roof. RV roofs aren't for walking except emergencies/maintenance. Despite the ladder, stay off the roof for your safety and to prevent damage.
