- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of smoking may result in a cleaning, treatment, and disinfection charge of up to $750.
- Pickup & Return: Pickup and return must follow your scheduled times. Earlier or later times may incur an additional fee if available. Early returns are not refundable.
- Clean & Empty: Return the RV clean and, if towing or driving, dump/empty the septic before return. Additional cleaning or dumping fees may apply.
- Insurance & Mileage: Renters must be 25+ with a valid license and purchase required coverage. Excess mileage is charged per mile. Burning Man is not covered—ask first.
