- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Only small dogs are allowed. NO Cat's due to allergies. If you own a well-behaved larger dog, just communicate with me. I'm flexible.
- No Rednecks with Paychecks or similar mud, off-road, or high-risk events. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of the rental, forfeiture of deposits, and additional fees.
- Please do not open the awning when it is windy, and do not leave it open unattended. THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WIND DAMAGE DONE TO THE AWNING DURING THE RENTAL.
- Please do not tow the travel trailer over 65 MPH. Please, do not smoke or vape inside the travel trailer.
- Please empty black and gray water tanks. I do not charge dump fee but driving with a full black and grey tank will cause sway since the black tank and one of the 2 grey tanks are on the rear.
