- 1. No Smoking or Vaping * No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the camper at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning and deodorizing fee.
- 2. No Roof Access or Climbing * For your safety and to prevent damage, guests may not climb or walk on the roof of the camper.
- 3. Use the Awning Properly * The awning must be retracted whenever you leave the campsite or if winds exceed 15 mph. Damage caused by wind is the renter’s responsibility.
- 4. Protect the Plumbing System * Only RV toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable” ones), feminine products, paper towels, diapers, or food.
- 5. Report Damage Immediately * Please notify us immediately if anything is damaged or stops working. Small issues can often be resolved quickly
