- No smoking or vaping anywhere in or around the RV, including the awning and outdoor areas. Violations forfeit the security deposit plus an odor-removal cleaning fee.
- No pets of any kind, please. This keeps the camper clean and allergy-free for every family who stays.
- No festivals, tailgates, or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 7. This is a family camper meant for families and small groups.
- If you tow it yourself, you must have prior experience towing a travel trailer of similar size and a properly rated tow vehicle. Stay on maintained roads (no off-roading)
- Please return it as you found it: dishes done, trash out, tanks emptied, RV-safe toilet paper only. A cleaning or dump fee applies if returned dirty or full.
