- The renter(s) is/are responsible for emptying and flushing the black and gray tanks before return, with a clear fee ($150 minimum) for failure to do so.
- The renter(s) is/are 100% financially responsible for any repairs to awnings or slide outs resulting from improper use or negligence. Repairs can range from $1,200 to $5,000+.
- A/C, generator, slide-outs, and electronics are convenience items, and malfunctions do not automatically qualify the renter for refunds or compensation.
- Use of any "bolt-on" components - towing, roof rack, bike rack, etc. - requires prior approval.
