- No Smoking Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Pets Allowed (Dogs Only) Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Cats and other pets are not permitted due to family allergies. Renters are responsible for any pet-related damage.
- No Roof Access For safety reasons, renters are not permitted on the roof of the trailer.
- Generator Usage Generator use is limited to 4 hours per day. Additional usage is charged at $5 per hour. Renter is responsible for fuel.
- Tanks Must Be Emptied Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before pickup. A $75 dump fee will be charged if tanks are not emptied.
