- No Smoking or Vaping in camper. $500 deodorizing and damage fee. If camper is delivered camper must stay stationary. May not moved to another location.
- Pets welcome with prior approval only. Renters are responsible for pet accidents, scratches, chewing damage, excessive hair clean up. Unauthorized pets may result in fees. Do not leave pet unattended.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests unless approved otherwise. No large parties or unapproved overnight guests. Damages must be reported immediately.
- Respectful use required. No standing or jumping on furniture, dinette, bunks or beds. Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, food or anything other tha RV safe toilet paper.
- Renter agrees that any damage beyond normal wear, excessive cleaning, missing inventory, rule violations, smoke/pet damage, septic misuse will be charged accordingly.
