- Treat the RV responsibly: follow all laws, avoid risky behavior, and never climb on the roof. Keep the vehicle safe for yourself and others at all times during your trip.
- No smoking inside the RV. Any evidence of smoking will result in up to a $750 cleaning and disinfection fee to restore the unit to a proper condition.
- Return the RV clean and empty all septic tanks before drop-off. Extra cleaning or dumping fees will apply if these requirements are not completed.
- Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license and stay within agreed mileage. Extra miles will be charged. No refunds for early returns, and schedule changes may incur fees.
- Insurance is required. Claims go through your primary auto insurance first; if denied, the rental coverage applies. Burning Man use is prohibited and not covered by insurance.
