- This RV is a stationary rental only. Guests are strictly prohibited from driving the vehicle or attempting to start the engine. Unauthorized movement voids insurance and will result in eviction.
- Slides must remain extended. Guests are not permitted to move slides in or out. Do not attempt to adjust the leveling jacks or hookup connections. Please contact the host for any adjustments.
- Only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) may be flushed. Do not flush wipes (even "flushable"), feminine products, or trash. Improper use leading to a clog will result in a $250 specialized repair fee.
- This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free unit. Smoking inside the RV or near open windows/doors will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee and immediate forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Max occupancy is 4 guests. No unauthorized visitors or parties. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors and keep outdoor noise/music to a minimum during these times.
