Ricky was amazing! Super communicative and helpful! Only note is that the front door sticks due to a screw at the bottom of it. Wasnt a big deal since there was a second door to use but just to note for any elderly potentially looking into it. Ricky also left an outdoor rug down for us which was super nice of him! Coffee and air fryer provided and the beds were very nice!
