- Authorized drivers only. Return all window covers as received; missing or damaged covers incur a $150 per cover fee.
- Pets are allowed only if the Pet Fee has been paid. If a pet is found without a paid Pet Fee, a $500 fee applies. No smoking inside the van or within 20 feet of the van.
- Return the van on time and with the same fuel level as departure; fuel shortages are billed at 1.5x cost, and late returns are charged $50 per hour.
- Report damage immediately. Windshield spread within 72 hours may be billed $1,200; unfilled chips $80 each. Renter pays for damage-related repairs. No travel to Burning Man or any salt flats.
- Travel is limited to the U.S. unless approved otherwise; no off-roading, and driving is allowed only on paved or groomed gravel roads. No towing unless specifically approved by the host.
