- Smoke-free RV: No smoking of any kind — including vapes, e-cigs, or similar. $750+ cleaning fee & damages apply. Strictly enforced to protect the RV and future guests.
- Pets are welcome (up to 20lb) with a paid pet fee. If evidence of a pet is found without prior approval, a $75 pet fee will be added to cover extra cleaning and allergy prep.
- Please return the RV in the same condition as received. A minimum cleaning fee of $75/hour applies for extra cleaning if needed.
- During dry camping (no shore power), monitor battery use closely. Damage from draining or improper use may result in repair charges.
