- We will arrive to set up the unit once check-in is allowed. You will take occupancy 1 hour after park/ranch check-in time. This prep time allows us to set up all the comforts of home for you!
- 1 small dog, under 30lbs welcome - they must be kenneled when they are unattended in the camper. **there is a small kennel under the dining table if you wish to use it.
- Do not tie your horse off to the camper in anyway.
- Do not touch the slide-out controls & don't leave the awning out when you are away from the camper. This will help prevent a wind gust from damaging the awning!
