We live in Southern Indiana and use our RV several times a year. This unit is located in Pace, FL only 20-30 mins from the Pensacola beaches. It is full furnished and inside a private fully gated community that feels more like a resort than an RV park. Pets are welcome but require an additional deposit. - Due to Insurance Company Rules, No Pitt Bulls or German Shepards permitted. You must keep your pets under control at all times or will be ask to leave and no refund will be given.
- No smoking in unit
- Please do not extend awning, there is a patio unbrella provided. Please return seat cushions into storage box on patio.
