- * It is REQUIRED that all renters sign our SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement) before the pick-up date, which covers our rules and expectations.
- * Be sure to only use the awning while you're outside supervising it! Retract the awning during the slightest of windy conditions, or if you are not in direct eyesight of it.
- * No smoking inside camper. * No climbing on top of the roof.
- * Before returning the camper: remove all trash, food & personal items, leave camper broom-swept clean, wipe up any messes, empty grey and black water holding tanks, or we can do it for a fee
