- 1. No Smoking or Vaping Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Smoke and odors are difficult to remove and may result in forfeiture of the security deposit if evidence of smoking is found.
- 2. Pets Must Be Approved in Advance Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Any unapproved animals will result in additional cleaning fees. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
- 3. Return RV with a full gas stank. Propane usage is charged at market rate or $4 per gallon used. Gray and black water tanks must be completely emptied.
- 4. No Off-Road or Unauthorized Use. The RV is not permitted on unpaved roads, beaches, or off-road trails. Use is restricted to maintained roads, highways, and approved campgrounds.
- 5. Late Fees $50 per hour for any late return. Any part of an hour counts as a full hour. Example: returning slightly over 1 hour late is billed as 2 hours.
