- 1. No Smoking or Vaping Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Smoke and odors are difficult to remove and may result in forfeiture of the security deposit if evidence of smoking
- 2. Pets Must Be Approved in Advance All pets require prior approval & fee. If returned with excessive hair, an extra $150 will be charged. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
- 3. Return RV with a full gas tank. Propane usage is charged at market rate or $4 per gallon used. Gray and black water tanks must be completely emptied.
- 4. No Off-Road or Unauthorized Use. The RV is not permitted on unpaved roads, beaches, or off-road trails. Use is restricted to maintained roads, highways, and approved campgrounds.
- 5. Late Fees $50 per hour for any late return. Any part of an hour counts as a full hour. Example: returning slightly over 1 hour late is billed as 2 hours.
