- No smoking nor vaping is allowed inside the camper. There will be an additional $150.00 charge if violated.
- There will be a $150.00 charge for any non-disclosed pets.
- Remove and dispose of all garbage before departing. No waste nor food items are to be disposed of in kitchen/bath sinks. Only liquids. Only the provided toilet paper is to be used.
- An additional fee of $150.00 will be charged if any items other than the provided toilet paper is found in either waste tanks.
- 1 small dog (under 20lbs) allowed if approved by owner. Pet fee: $100.00 for length of stay not per day. No cats.

"Ruby Sue" was the perfect camper for our camping trip! She was a smaller camper with all the perks. This is a couples camper with perfect amount of room for 2 people. I never really knew what a couples camper was until I experienced this one. Big bedroom, big bathroom and shower and big living area for 2 people. Tons of storage, decorated beautiful. We were right at home.
