- Avoid extra cleaning costs by departing the camper like you accepted it. $200.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged for the trailer left dirty. All dishes must be washed and put in dish strainer.
- Please be mindful of the use of the awnings. They are meant for shade only. Heavy downpours and wind will severely damage them. The renter will be charged the damage
- NO SMOKING. A Smoking cleaning fee of 250.00 will be added if there is a smell of smoke in the camper
