- Please return camper broom-swept clean and free of any trash, food, and personal items. Remove all bedding and place in the middle of the bed, and clean up any spills and splatters.
- No cooking, preparing, or disposing of any seafood of any kind inside the camper.
- We can only accept "NEXT DAY" bookings if our schedule allows. Mandatory rush fee of $75.00 for all NEXT DAY rentals. This allows us to get the unit bumped up on the cleaning & prep schedule.
- Only use the awning while you're outside supervising it! Retract the awning during the slightest of windy conditions, if you are not in direct eyesight of it, and while the camper is in motion.
- No climbing on top of the roof, NO ROOFTOP USAGE at all. * No smoking inside camper.
