- 1. Return the RV by the agreed-upon time unless prior arrangements are made. Late returns incur a fee of $60 per hour after a 1-hour grace period.
- 2. Return the RV in a clean condition (e.g., swept floors, empty trash, no food residue). A standard cleaning fee ($150) applies, but excessive mess (e.g., mud, pet hair, or spills) will add charges.
- 3. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the RV. Violations result in a cleaning fee of $500 to remove odors and residue.
- 4. Pets are allowed only with prior approval, and a pet fee of $100 per trip applies. Renters must report all pets, and unreported pets incur a $250 penalty plus cleaning costs.
- 5. Renters must empty the black (sewage) and gray (wastewater) tanks before returning the RV, or a $100 dump fee will apply.
