- Setup & Location Responsibility: Renter must secure a proper setup location and be present at delivery. Site must accommodate a 38.9 ft camper with 50 AMP service.
- No smoking inside the camper. Violation will result in loss of deposit for cleaning and odor removal.
- Awning must be retracted when unattended and during high winds. Renter is responsible for any damage.
- Renter is responsible for any damages and excessive cleaning. Camper must be returned in the same condition.
- Do not operate slide-outs.
