First time renting an RV. Wanted to experience this with the family and see what it is all about. A little nervous, since I knew nothing about RVing.
Well, let me tell you, Kristin made this such a great experience for us. First, she is such a nice friendly person, easy to talk to. She educated us and was always there for support when needed.

Bad experience, Didn’t drive it, keys stayed with owner after showing Me a filthy RV, not clean and as deteriorated as you can get, taped patches on floors, peeled furniture, missing chunks of the cabinets and fingerprints everywhere, mirrors, sink with dirt, stool Pedal with mud, mud at steps, door for RV didn't open and was told a story about oil and get you fingers in and pull really hard… e

Kristen was great. The delivery and pickup process was easy and very helpful. The amenities were plentiful. The RV has everything you need. My review would easily be 5 stars but there were just a couple of small items that did not work. They didn't affect our trip but would've been nice to have/use.
Arm rest was found broken after pick up and they charged because we did not check. They want us to check every single thing before you pick up. We took video coz we had this kind of experience before but come on if i check those small things and it will take 4-5 hours. Total scam.
Hi Chirag, I am sorry you feel that way about your trip. We anticipated differences in recollections in case of any damages were to reported, which is why we were adamant in recommending your partner Pragnesh to record the state of the rv before and after the trip to avoid such misunderstandings.
We had a great experience with Kristen. We really appreciated the amenities that were provided so we didn't have to pack a lot. The communication was great too.
