Jerry was amazing. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything i needed to know about the RV. Being a first time user, that was very helpful. The RV was clean and exceed my expectations. I had an amazing time with my family in the RV. Will definitely rent from him again. I highly recommend him .
Before I start I want to say that I feel very bad about doing this review. I know how much a bad review can affect a business, but at the same time I know how much customers like me value an honest review, because that's how I base my decision of renting or buying a product.
I need to start with some context. I wanted to go to the Austin F1 race. But I know is EXTREMELY HOT and dusty.
Sorry you felt this way and I knew you would rate me this way after attempting to help you as much as I could but ultimately this was user error and expected 100% refund after using my generator for over 43 hours I’m sorry we couldn’t agree and just hope people are understanding that you can’t make people happy.
The owner was easy to work with. The vehicle is really new and clean. Everything ran perfectly.
I recently rented this RV for a 12 day road trip with my mom and our three pets, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we picked it up, everything was clean and included some kitchen items + bedding. As someone new to RVing, I was a little nervous about what to expect - but this rental made it so easy and enjoyable.
Gerardo is the BEST! He is friendly, professional and his RV is amazing. He spent quality time explaining everything to us. We even made an appointment to meet with him and see the RV before our trip. This vehicle is easy to drive. It was clean and provided basic kitchen items for a great weekend away. This was our first trip and Gerardo was available to answer questions when we texted him.
The RV was new and Gerry was thoughtful to add some items for the renters comfort. He was also flexible with us (to check the RV, to pick up and return it) and very easy to get along with. Gerry was also available by phone when we had any issue (beginners questions mostly). We would rent from Gerry again. :)
