Good balance between roomy for the family and not too big. Manufacturer says sleeps 8 but the bunks a full size so not too big of adults. Top bunk will be difficult for some adults to get into. Couch lays down and hideaway queen bed rolls out over top. Dinette turns into sleeping area also -full size. Slide out for a roomy kitchen area with all your basic needs.
