Shelby was great to work with. She replied quickly to all messages. The RV was exceptionally clean. All bedding was fresh and comfy. The weather did not cooperate for a camping weekend, but the RV made it nice to get out of the rain & held up great during a storm with gusty winds. I believe if Shelby could have "fixed" the weather, she would have. We will be renting from Shelby again.
