This was a FIVE STAR experience from start to finish. Mark's communication was EXCELLENT and his wife and he were extremely helpful. My husband and I were total novices and had never done "the RV thing" lol. His coach was SPECTACULAR!!! From the decor to everything else, another five stars. They really had thought of everything and we loved having the sleep number bed like at home.
