- Cleaning : Please return the RV in the same clean condition as when you picked it up. This includes wiping down surfaces and cleaning up any trash. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee.
- No Smoking in the RV: Smoking is not allowed inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking, a cleaning fee will be charged.

We have rented an RV multiple times and are Airbnb owners ourselves so understand renting and what’s it’s like to have renters. We had the WORST experience with Nicole and her RV. It was given to us with inoperable storage doors that flew open the minute we got on the freeway and our drinks and food went flying out. The told us it was a “minor” issue.
The rear storage door was damaged by a prior renter—we gave 5 days’ notice, offered to cancel, and advised during the walkthrough not to use it and to use the other 6 compartments. They overloaded it per the renter, didn’t lock it, and made the damage worse.
