- Cleaned camper upon return. Supplies provided. Any owner necessary cleaning beyond general wipe down will charge $250 flat fee. Owner washes bedding.
- Missing or broken items will be deducted from damage deposit. Full list of camper items in rig binder
- Camper must be returned with empty grey and black water tanks. A $100 service charge will be deducted from damage deposit for any non-emptied tank.
If camper picked up on Tues/Wed/Thu, add 1 additional night rental to order and receive that night free
