Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- It is REQUIRED that all renters sign our SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement) before the pick-up date, which covers our rules and expectations.
- Be sure to only use the awning while you're outside supervising it! Retract the awning during the slightest of windy conditions, if you are not in direct eyesight of it.
- No climbing on top of the roof. No smoking inside camper. If camper is delivered, no moving it once it's set up.
- Before returning camper, remove all trash, food & personal items. Leave camper broom-swept clean, pile all sheets on the bed, and wipe up any spills. Please empty all waste tanks if not delivered.
