- Site Requirements I: 1) Your site must have 14 ft. of overhead clearance. Pull-Through site is required, pre-approved exceptions only. 3) If using back patio, book 55+ ft. If not, you may book 45+ ft.
- Site Requirements II: 4) Consider personal vehicle parking when choosing lot. 5) 50 Amp electrical, water, & sewer hookups required. Pre-approved exceptions only.
- Pet Policy: Your family dog is welcome for a nominal cleaning fee per pet. See “Furry Family Member” Fee. Please bring your own leash/lead. Water and food dishes included! Sorry, no cats allowed.
- Plumbing Policy: No coffee grounds nor anything bigger than trap mesh down drains. Only bodily fluids, stool, & the supplied RV toilet paper authorized to flush down toilets. Everything else in bins.
- Cleaning Policy: Please don't leave us any big messes, otherwise an additional $75 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit. Vacuum and cleaning supplies are provided for general cleanup.

Just returned home from a weekend camping in the Royal Treatment. The RV was well stocked with everything we needed and forgot to bring like a knife to cut my watermelon to zip lock bags and bowls to put it in. The full size refrigerator had plenty of room to keep all of our food and drinks cold for the weekend.
