The owner was very kind and responsive, and the communication went smoothly.
During our stay, RV’s generator stopped working, so I hope the cause can be identified and measures can be taken to prevent it from happening again.
Other than that, most of the equipment was generally in good condition and worked well.
We rented this just short of a month, the refrigerator stopped cooling within the first couple of days after we had stocked it with $100 of food, and never worked for the entire trip! When we got to Yellowstone and Gr Teton Park we found that the heater(furnace) DID NOT WORK EITHER! What a mess to deal with. I have complained to RV Share via online but have yet to hear back from them.
