Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking of ANYTHING in the trailer. Failure to follow this rule will result in a extra cleaning fee of 250.00
- Always roll up the awning before it rains or heavy winds are in the area. Damaged awnings will cost your entire security deposit. Awnings are only used for shade.
- Music festivals accepted only after preapproval by owner
