On arrival in Austin, I received a message through RVshare that my original rental had been canceled. RVshare helped me with the search for a replacement and put me in contact with Jerry. His RV was available and by 3pm he delivered it to the campground at COTA. The RV was in excellent condition as described. Jerry checked on us throughout the weekend and responded promptly to any questions I had.
