We are a family of 4 living in Rochester MN. I own a small business and my wife works as a nurse at Mayo Clinic. We have a teenage son and almost teenage daughter and are enjoying the very busy job of parent ubering them everywhere, all the time. We love traveling to new places by any means of transportation, especially by camper.

- Upon checkout: All garbage, food & personal belongings removed. Floors swept and mopped. Fridge, stove, counter/table tops, shower, & toilet wiped down. Cleaning supplies are included in the rental.
- Guests who leave the camper excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee withheld from the security deposit.
- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, burning of incense or candles, and no pets are allowed in the camper. If this rule is not followed you will forfeit your full security deposit.
- If you are over 1hr late to the agreed upon time for pick-up/drop off/delivery a $100 fee will be charged.

We are first time RV rental customers. We were so impressed with our RV rental! It was exactly as described in the listing but with more than what was listed. They even had a lighted outdoor rug for our use. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was better equipped than my home! The owner provided everything we could possibly require. Drop off and pick up was a breeze!
