The ceiling above the cab had a bad leak. When it rained, we had to use large bowls to catch all the water. The water heater on the outside leaked constantly while hooked up to city water, this caused the water to run down into the storage bin beneath it soaking whatever was inside. The gas stove did not work, which put us in a difficult situation while on an extended trip.
Robert was easy to work with and flexible with pickup and drop off times. He was extremely responsive via text during our rental, usually replying within minutes.
Highly recommended, great overall experience.
