- This camper is a strict smoke free environment. Only dogs are allowed in this rental, no other pet types. Either violation will result in a charge up to $500.
- If any items are missing or damaged that were included with the RV rental, the owner will fairly price the repair/replacement (+$50 service fee if not reported).
- The dumping of black/gray tanks IS NOT included in this rental. If there is a dump station present on site the dump fee will be $75, if missing or returned other than empty, the dump fee will be $125.
- If either the gray or black tank is clogged by neglect, there will be a charge up to $500.
- Late fee of $25 per hour will apply if past the check in or out time. A daily rate charge will be applied if over 2 hours past scheduled times.

Great experience and easy to work with!
Christina was a great host. Rented camper for around 16 days and they were great. Super responsive and willing to help however. 10/10 would recommend. Great hosts.
We had an amazing experience renting this RV. It was incredibly clean and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchenware to linens. The delivery and pickup process was seamless, and the customer service was excellent. We would definitely rent from them again!
