- Please gather all dirty or wet towels & place on shower floor before checkout. Beds don't need to be stripped. Laundry fees apply for stained bedding (make-up, paw prints, pet hair, etc).
- Please make sure all dishes are washed & put away, & don't leave perishable food or drinks in the fridge. Feel free to leave unopened, non-perishable snacks in the community pantry for the next guest.
- Please dispose of all trash in kitchen & bathrooms. This helps us prevent spills & leaks during transport. Dump any ice left in the freezer.
- Flush ONLY natural waste & the provided RV safe toilet paper. No diapers, wipes, paper towels, trash, feminine items, etc. $250 fee for any violation resulting in emergency septic flush out or repair.
- $125 cleaning fee is charged for unswept pet hair, dirty diapers left behind, sticky spills, not adhering to check-out rules. Larger messes are assessed by professional cleaner & charged accordingly.
