Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Do not fry with cooking oil inside of the RV.
- We are flexible when scheduling a pick/drop off time that works for both parties, however if renter is late past the first hour of the agreed time, then an additional fee will apply.
- A $30 charge will be added for each additional late hour. If more than 3 hours late from agreed time, then a full day rental will be charged.
- We do not allow the RV trailer to be used for any music festival.

Propane to be refilled by renter upon return, generator to be returned full fuel. Otherwise a refill convience fee of 15$ each plus refill amount at local rate.

The RV itself is extremely clean and comfortable. The slide out is easy to operate and expands the space considerably. Fridge and freezer worked great. Pulled very nicely with my Ford 150. Michael was terrific to work with. He explained things well and communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely rent his unit again.
Great, compact RV. Everything works great and the solar is a great feature for boondocking. Mike was great and made the experience easy. Highly recommend Mike and this trailer.
