I prefer the renter to go to camping spot that has amenities, at least black water and electricity and I require the tanks to be completely empty when returning the RV, Please don't leave the door or windows open when you are enjoying a camp fire, the Rv will smell like smoke ins...

The RV was extremely dirty upon pick and almost on E.Nothing was topped off and black tanks were still almost full from the previous trip. It was not properly prepared for a trip from its last rental outing. The owner Robert was extremely rude and aggressive demanding payment on-site for maintenance issues we did not have responsibility for during the return.
My RV is always kept clean and in excellent condition. Send someone to inspect it anytime any day, wait for a year to do it if necessary and don't give me any heads up, talk to my previous renter he gave me 5☆ , I take care my property.
We had a fabulous experience with Robert & his RV! His communication was fabulous, quick to respond at all times. He was easy to work with on drop off & pick up times. The RV was just as described - very clean and all needs were met! Its a great layout & we plan to rent from him again!
