- Although we enjoy a good road trip, our Grey Wolf gets homesick when it leaves the New England area/region. Please inform us in advance if you plan to travel outside of New England with our RV.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind is allowed inside of our RV. Smoking smell abatement is not cheap. A professional cleaning fee of $500 is assessed out of security deposit if smoke smell is detected.
- Although they are welcome, Dogs can make messes if left unsupervised. A $250 cleaning/sanitizing pet cleaning fee will be assessed out of security deposit if urine/feces smell is detected in our RV.
- Grey & Black water tanks must be emptied & properly rinsed prior to RV unit return. 30 lb. Propane tanks must also be refilled. Additional fees will be assessed out of security deposit if necessary.
- An experienced driver & acceptable towing vehicle, (1/2 ton truck or larger) is required to pick up our RV. An appropriate Weight Distribution Hitch with sway control is also required to safely Tow.
