The renters where very quick to respond. However the rental was not what I expected. There was no running water the toilet couldn't be used. I paid a lot of money for a place to sleep. And after everything was said and done I was hit with an insurance claim for damages done by the previous renters.

In regards to the toilet, we gave you specific instructions to make sure it would work properly, as an RV toilet is much different then a residential toilet.
For the damages we always take extensive photos inside and out before departure and everything was in working order. Also taking the motorhome off road is not permitted, due to doing this damages the exterior of the motorhome.
