The camper worked great! Their communication leading up to the rental was beyond amazing. They were flexible on the pickup and gave me a quick demo of all the features. The camper worked great for my family. During the trip I had a question and they responded right away.

She was also responsive with communication.
I pulled the trailer with a GMC 1 ton diesel and it was easy to pull. The trailer was also easy to set up and take down. You are also able to run the trailer with Jayco’s app. The rear bunks were perfect for my two boys 11 & 9.
I would rent from Shannon again.
