- Minimum renter age of 25
- No refunds will be given if the camper cannot be set up safely at your site. We do our best to arrive on time and communicate any delays. A fee of $50/hour may be charged for delays on your part.
- NO large gatherings, festivals or events. Only people listed in the reservation may stay in the camper.
- NO smoking or vaping in the camper. No candles, incense or open flames. You are responsible for any damages. A $150 minimum fee will be charged for any extra cleaning and odor removal required.
- We love dogs! One dog less than 50 lbs is allowed. You are responsible for any pet damages. A $150 minimum fee will be charged for any extra cleaning required.
- Please complete the Checkout List in the handbook. A $200 minimum fee will be charged if the camper is not returned clean.

We had a great experience renting this RV! Mark and Elisabeth delivered the RV on time and got it set up for us in such a way that there were no problems during the rentat at all. The RV was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. They were excellent at explaining the amenities, which are many, plus left a detailed manual for us to refer to if we had questions.

Mark and Elisabeth are great people to rent from. They arrived on time with the camper delivery and were flexible on the pick up time which was very nice since we were using the camper for work. The camper was very clean and the master bed was very comfortable also. The camper was fully stocked with everything we needed for a fun and comfortable camping trip.
