Did not have hot water the first two days. Looked and found both Propane tanks were empty. We went and exchanged both, connected the new ones, and had hot water. I did let the owner know, but no credit was offered for the expense in switching them out. Besides that, everythin...

Overall, a great experience. We had to home delivered and set up and everything went right on schedule. From toilet paper to paper towels to a broom to sweep with everything was well stocked thank you for a great experience.
