Rental Rules

- No smoking in the camper (cigs OR vapes). Evidence of smoking or any other illicit drug use will result in the forfeit of the entire security deposit + extra cleaning fees.
- Black tank dump fee of $50 if returned with full black tanks or if your site is without a full sewer hookup & we have to dump. ONLY flush RV-grade or provided toilet paper.
- Pets must be kenneled in the garage area of the camper. NO FREE ROAMING in the camper while unattended or camper is empty. NO animals on furniture, including beds. NO jumping on beds either, please.
- Excessive amount of mud/sand/dirt from renter while being used will be charged extra for the cleaning fee. If awning or screen porch is out & it starts to rain/storm, they must be retracted & put up.
- If any damage occurs, please let us know—we understand accidents happen and appreciate your honesty.
