Overall great rental with one exception. I paid the additional for delivery and pick up and because I was at a park with full hook up I specifically asked about the sewer hook-up. I was told two different times I wouldn't need it until they picked it up and they would dump when they picked it up.
Yes I apologize for that inconvenience as we do always make sure that the tanks are completely empty before sending the camper out, so I am not sure what happened there. I can check with the booking website on how to refund the delivery charge if you'd like.
This was my first experience with a camper and it couldn’t have been any better! Not only was it perfectly described and made our trip a breeze, communicating with Kelsey was incredible and now they feel like family! I would absolutely recommend renting from them and will do so again myself!
